Line gantries of the SRL series 2/900
The two-axis line gantries of the SRL series are highly suitable for transporting loads in very constricted spaces. They are available with loading capacities ranging from 25 kg to 2000 kg. Each series is available in two different performance classes: “heavy-duty” for maximum loading capacities with normal dynamics or “dynamic” for maximum acceleration at a normal loading capacity. Numerous options e.g. rotary axes or several slides on one axis can be added to tailor the linear gantry precisely to the customer’s requirements. Extensive interfaces for actuators and sensor systems permit the use of a wide range of grippers and end effectors.

Customized additional applications
In addition to our modular system, we supply specific grippers and universal toolings for your products. From mechanical to magnetic to vacuum suction cups, a wide variety of operating principles can be used. Integrated additional functions, such as separating devices, round off the portfolio.
Your customized system solution consists of combined gantries, feeders and advanced functions. Where advanced functions are concerned, we can draw from a broad range of solutions: Conveyor systems, rotary axes and reversing devices, centring stations, separating devices and marking stations are just some of the options we offer.
Integration of a variety of third-party units is also within our expertise: Vision systems for position correction and quality checks, interfaces with customer-specific MES systems and the connection to master computers. For our systems we also offer condition monitoring and remote maintenance systems to reduce your maintenance expenses and implement scheduled maintenance intervals.
